Our Core Values are:

The Memphis Police Department 9-1-1 Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are the largest PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) in Shelby County. Our highly trained dispatchers answer approximately 3,500 calls daily. For all other calls, please call the non-emergency number 545-COPS (545-2677). Citizens should always remember to stay on the line until it is answered by the dispatcher.
