CENTRAL RECORDS
Incident/offense reports and auto crash reports can be obtained through the Central Records office. You can submit a request for reports online, in-person at the address listed below, by mail or fax.

FEES
The cost for a police report for Tennessee residents is $0.15 a page (ID required). The fee is $15 for non-residents.
Photograph CD’s are $10 per accident/incident or $1.50 per photo.
Crime Analysis is $0.15 a page for Tennessee residents and communication dispatch tapes are $10 per accident/incident.
Faxing and emailing are available for $15. For electronic receipt of a report, call 901-636-3650 for more information. We accept cash, money orders, cashier checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for payments.
