Central Records
Incident/offense reports and auto crash reports can be obtained through the Central Records office. You can submit a request for reports online, in-person at the address listed below, by mail or fax.

FEES:
The cost of Police reports for TN residents are $0.15 a page (Valid ID required). The fee is $15.00 for non-residents.
Photos CD’s are $10.00 per accident/incident or $1.50 per photo pickup price, emailing $5.00.
Crime Analysis are $30.00 1st hour is free and printed copies of findings are $0.15 per page.
Communication Dispatch tapes are $25.00 each & Chronology Printouts are $0.15 per page.
Emailing per report is $15.00
We accept cash, money orders, cashier checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Cash App for payments.
