Altercation Outside Event center Leads to Shooting; One in Custody

On October 24, 2026, at approximately 02:00 a.m., officers responded to a shooting at 3187 Winchester Road.

Preliminary information indicates the incident stemmed from an altercation outside an event center. Five individuals sustained gunshot wounds. Two were transported to the hospital in non-critical condition, while three were listed in critical condition. A sixth individual was transported to the hospital with a foot injury.

This was an isolated incident.

Kendell Catron, 24, was taken into custody and charged with four counts of Aggravated Assault.
